Reading a route answer

A Travle “answer” is a sequence: Start → every country on the shortest path → Destination. Two habits make it useful rather than just final:

  1. Find the chokepoint you missed. Nine times in ten, a missed par comes from one wrong door — you crossed at the wrong end of a sea, or forgot a single-border country. Locate that door and you’ve actually learned something.
  2. Count the par. Compare your attempts to the shortest length. One over par on a cross-continent day is a strong result; at par, screenshot it.

Yesterday and before

The archive page keeps every confirmed route, so you can revisit a week of chokepoint lessons — or settle an argument about whether your route was really shorter. For a gentler version of today, the hints page gives the continent hints first.
